Spicy Mashed Potatoes


    2 - 24 oz packages of Ore Ida Steam n' Mash Cut Russet Potatoes
      1 Cup Milk
        3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
          1 Stick Butter (soften in Microwave for 10 sec on high)
            2 Tbsp to 4 Tbsp Diced Green Onions
              2 Tbsp Black Ops Seasoning (available at
                6 oz Feta Cheese
                  1.5 to 2 Cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

                    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
                      2. Heat both packages of Ore Ida Steam n' Mash per the instructions on the bags
                              a. Do not complete the instruction on the bag, only the heating instructions (i.e. 10min on high)
                          3. Dump both bags of heated potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
                            4. Add butter, Milk, heavy cream, onions, and Black Ops Seasoning to the bowl.
                              5. Using a hand mixer, mix on medium speed until smooth
                                6. Add Feta cheese to the bowl and mix on medium speed for 30sec
                                  7. Evenly layer the potato mixture to a large baking dish or foil pan (13x9x2 used in video)
                                    8. Top evenly with Cheddar cheese
                                      9. Cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
