Award Winning BLACK OPS Chicken Chili

    Ingredients
      BLACK OPS Seasoning
        1.5 Pound - Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
          1 Pound - Smoked Bacon
            1.5 Cups - Diced Sweet Onion
              1 Medium - Green Pepper
                2 Chipotle Peppers
                  42 Ounces - Diced Tomatoes
                    8 Ounces - Tomato Paste
                      2 Cups - Beef Broth
                        15 Ounces (1 Can) - Black Beans
                          15 Ounces (1 Can) - Kidney Beans
                            15 Ounces (1 Can) - Canned Sweet Corn

                              1. Slow cook chicken (with 2 TBSP BLACK OPS Seasoning) - this can be done in the oven at 225 degrees or slow cooker
                                2. Shred chicken when finished cooking and while still warm
                                  3. Cut bacon into small strips, across the short end (approximately 1/4 inch)
                                    4. Clean and cut green pepper into pieces and place in a blender with your chipotle peppers and blend (add a little water if needed)
                                      5. In a large saute or frying pan start to cook bacon once you have some grease in pan add your diced onions and pepper mixture and cook for around 3 to 5 minutes (DO NOT crisp the bacon)
                                        6. Dump your bacon, onion, pepper mixture into a large stock pot, add shredded chicken, tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef broth to the stock pot.
                                          7. Add 2 TBSP BLACK OPS Seasoning to your stock pot, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours
                                            8. Add 2 TBSP BLACK OPS Seasoning to your stock pot, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours
                                              9. Add additional BLACK OPS Seasoning to taste to your stock pot
                                                10. Add black beans, kidney beans, and corn to your stock pot, cover, and simmer for 1 hour
